Worst service ever! Pictures where deceiving nothing like they have up stunk, dirty, beds had blood stains disgusting
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My stay at InTown Suites Colorado Springs was one of the most disgusting, unsanitary, and distressing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this room during one of the most difficult times in my life, needing a clean, safe place for my family to rest. Instead, we were met with overwhelming odors of pet urine, stale cigarette smoke, and strong chemical smells throughout the building. The “newly updated” room was anything but updated. It was filthy. Was sent here by a friend as a recommendation and let me just say the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful this was around 658 on August 7th 2026, apparently she is a problem and let me just say I don’t understand how she still has a job cause good lord it shows why this is rated a 2 star hotel with people like her working.
