Nice place no deposit required, only thing is they have no front desk staff after like 7 or 8pm . So you can't get a room after that time ,but other then that a decent place.
This was home for my son & I for a while. ALL staff, including the manager made the experience so great! We started with a traditional room, which was cheaper and not upgraded, but then I decided to pay more for the upgraded room and was very worth it! If I ever need a "place to call come", I would definitely be back! I actually miss it there

The rooms are comfortable enough, and the location is a convenient spot with some beautiful Colorado scenery.... But location manager Danielle is a fundamentally unstable individual who runs the location like it's her own personal fiefdom. This place is essentially a low-income apartment building that doubles as a nightly and weekly hotel. It's one of the cheapest places in town, but for good reason. This place is in need of repairs, new carpets, new elevators, new cabinets, a thorough overall. If you're just needing a roof, good bed, hot shower, nice fridge and decent tv, you'll get it here. For a family with young children, i would not recommend this hotel. We had 2 rooms and the second room we rented stunk like cat pee and wasn't thoroughly prepared.
