This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The first night me and my family seen bed bugs in the bed and the sheets on the other bed was not clean So they moved us to another room and the next day the air went off, so they had to move us to another room. Then they had the audacity to say they normally would tell the guest to leave because they bought them, and I was puzzled because if I just gotta There, how did I bring them. This hotel does not deserve one star. How in the hell u have to take ur own trash out. We had to hit the lamp at least 5 times before it finally came on. Plus the only way u can get new towels is if u go downstairs urslef to bring the old ones back. Never coming back here again. Whatever happened to room service. And on top of it all the elevator is broken.
Great place to stay. This is a nice hotel that was great, because of all the really close places to eat and go out at night. It was particularly cold when I stayed, asked for some extra blankets and the woman at the front desk was especially helpful. I'll be honest, she could have provided horrible service, but she was laughing at the charming things I was saying, and what more do you really need right? HAHA. kinda dirty and dingy. staff was kinda rude. but they allow pets. thats a plus. not too bad for the price.
