I really wanted to like this place because the apartments look nice from the outside, but sadly my experience was very disappointing. The units are roach-infested, and management doesn’t seem to care when you report it. Inside, almost everything feels old and poorly maintained — for example, my dishwasher never worked. When you put in a maintenance request, don’t expect much. Most of the time requests are closed without anything being fixed. She has effortlessly made my move in absolutely perfect! She goes above and beyond to take care of her residents! And our property is so quiet and clean!! Thanks again Ms. Martinez and staff!!
