Start off by saying I like Dr. Chance. The one star review is toward her staff. I've called repeatedly and no one will answer when they do you get thrown back to the operator or sent to voice mail. When you leave voicemails they never call back. I have a bill that was coded incorrectly and I need it corrected for insurance. At this point it will be disputed to the insurance since no one at the office will help fix the issue. Hire new office staff that cares about their job and maybe I'll recommend the office to others.
