I had been a customer for over 3 years at this location. I was 11 minutes late for my appointment (the threshold for reschedule was 10 minutes). All I needed was vitals and weight so I could renew a prescription. I was told I would have to reschedule. Signs on their reception area ask the patient to arrive 15 minutes early. Seems like a double standard. Why is their time more important than mine? You have a choice with who you give your money to, I will be taking mine somewhere else.
Appt with Dr Campbell on 2/27 for medication refills. Still waiting on my Imitrex to be called into pharmacy! I called office yesterday 3/2 and spoke to someone and checked with pharmacy today and still nothing!
