This is just my experience. I have had a lot of trouble getting the "care" I feel like I need. They are very hard to reach. They've called me when I'm at work and don't call back when I am available so I never get to tell them what I need. The office moved, so all of the portal messages get routed to the wrong location. I have tried to get them to fix the portal. But it is no use. There are other issues, but I don't want to put my personal health issues on the internet. It was easy to setup appointment online, but when I get here at 8 in the morning I was told they don’t take my insurance. Why couldn’t have I got a phone call before I drove 30 minutes up here for an appointment. Online I put what insurance I have and was still able to make an appointment. And the receptionist is just like “we don’t take that, sorry thank you”. Miserable experience. I was leaving the country in a week (give or take) and was in a bind to be seen quickly because of how sick I was. Nobody asked any relevant questions and I was rushed out without any tests performed and only a steroid shot. I was still sick when I left the country and had to see a doctor with a translator. The doctor asked me if I was producing phlegm and what color it was. He prescribed me antibiotics and everything cleared up in a couple of days. I called Leslie's office and they gave me canned nonse... read more
