This place is absolute crap without Dr. Wanda and Dr. Kim
So the Crestwood on County Line Road in Madison could not see me and I was having high blood pressure issues and this office was able to see me the same day I was having issues. The staff was caring, friendly and helpful. My nurse Allison was so great she let me vent about my frustrations about the other office not being able to help me. And the office manager changed my opinion of Crestwood, she went above and beyond to help me be seen the same day. I will be going to this office from now on. This place is terrible. Do not come here. Ever since Wanda Smith left it takes over a month to get an appt. I was a few minutes behind for an appt due to a road blockage and called to let them know. The lady said she would document it but it's at the doctor's discretion if she will see my daughter or not. We got there and the lady at the front desk stated she had to be rescheduled.
