How do I give this place a zero?? After seeing all the terrible reviews, I still gave this place a chance, my son with mental illness is here.And for the past few weeks, I have tried to stay communicative with the staff here about visiting my son.They said he was supposed to sign a form and get back to me.Two & half weeks have passed, nobody gets back to me so i never received a call.. to make this short.I always had to contact them every time after all the promises of hearing back, and when I do speak to someone it always e... read more

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! This place seems to get more and more sketchy as time goes by. My son had been on conservatorship since 2020. I call and ask questions and get different answers depending on who I talk to. They say they take MEDI-CAL however my sons ssi is all going to pay this place to keep him there. He rarely sees a real Dr according to him. There isn't even a Dr to talk to to discuss treatment plans and goals. You'd think the goal is to get healthy and leave or be on your own. Bu... read more

This place seems to get more and more sketchy as time goes by. My son had been on conservatorship sicke 2020. I call and ask questions and get different answers depending on who I talk to. They say they take medi-cal however my sons ssi is all going to pay this place to keep him there. He rarely sees a real Dr according to him. It took them forever to get him glasses and he says he still hasn't seen a dentist. We are told no children under 18 are allowed to visit, then I'm told I need prior authorization. If you have compassion and commitment this is the place for you to work. This career can be challenging but worth it. Some of the clients are forgotten and we are their only family .This facility is more than a building. It's a resource to getting healthy and clients say this is their safe haven and home. Hero's work here!

Crestwood is horrible place to put your love one, my mom is there, and no good service. Only serves one particular meal every day no alternative. Called and complained that my mom doesn't like the foods. Nothing was done about, my aunt brings my mom some food and snacks and their staff will snatched out of her and share it with other staff members and patients. Called multiple time to speak service coordinator. Nobody call or respond to call or their voice-mails. My mom has has been there for 3 months no Dr, has seen her. Sh... read more
