Sketchy business with ridiculously excessive rules for tenants and nosey property owners. DO NOT RENT HERE THERE ARE OTHER BETTER PLACES.
First off, the management company owning Crestwood Apartments is called Northwest Apartments, and they are a very sleazy business. Apparently they have made it their goal to never return anyone their security deposits - and charge more money for unnecessary repairs and cleaning. You may refuse to pay and plan to go to the small claims court, but these people WILL ding your credit score before you can do anything, and good luck getting that reversed.
