this place sucks!! they delete comments and post. ghetto as fuck! sick cats roaming all in the neighborhood, people leave food out for the cats I cant even leave or enter my home without a cat trying to run in after me!! takes 2 weeks for maintance to come in and do simple shit, I have to call at least 3x when I need something done. dogs shitting everywhere owners not picking up poop. the streets are so bad and raggedy, cars getting broken into at night. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! These BRAND NEW HOMES are literally falling apart AND MOLDING before our 4 year lease term is up! People are voluntarily surrendering their homes because floors are rotting and molded. RHP IS IGNORING US!!! Insurance isn't covering repairs because these are manufacture defects!!!! MULTIPLE HOMES AFFECTED!!!!!!!
