Lived here for 6yrs and be glad to move out. The management are liars. I have a roof that was in poor shape. Was told that they will repair the roof. That was 6 yrs ago and they still did not fix it. Now it is collapsed with leaks. Of course I trusted them and didn't get it in writing. They send out papers almost monthly to let you know what needs to be done. Just went to check it out for someone who wants to buy and live here
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management plays favorites. No lawn service or any services included in the lot rent that is already WAY too high and absolutely goes up EVERY SINGLE YEAR. They claim it is a gated community - IT IS NOT! The gate is left open ALL DAY, EVERY DAY and only closed at night WHEN IT IS NOT BROKEN AND STAYS OPEN ALL THE TIME. The hot tub is always broken.
