Update: New pet peeve, last month took 3 tries before I could turn in my lot rent..this month I just tried for the 4th time.. Lived here for 6yrs and be glad to move out. The management are liars. I have a roof that was in poor shape. Was told that they will repair the roof. That was 6 yrs ago and they still did not fix it. Now it is collapsed with leaks. Of course I trusted them and didn't get it in writing. They send out papers almost monthly to let you know what needs to be done.
