Rental process was fairly easy. Communication was great and timely. Looking forward to renting with this company *EDITED* Company is not communicative. Takes a week to get a response. Listing for apartment shows ac unit will be included but surprise surprise that was a “mistake” (one that I had to catch) do not rent with this company as they do not respond timely, do not check their listing and do not care about you.
I've had awesome communication with them since getting my apartment they made sure that all paperwork was in and needed worked really well with others
I’m almost certain they’re paying people to leave their Google reviews. There’s absolutely no way they can have one positive review. This is the Absolute worst property management company I have ever rented from, they never return any phone call and it’s almost impossible to get them to call you back and then they only respond to the good reviews left…
They are a really good agency, very helpful and very nice, I would recommend them to anyone if your looking to buy or rent a house
