Some horrible unseen things happened to me and they are evicting me. I'm disabled and can't do a lot if stuff by myself. Last month everything went are and none of it was my fault. But did they listen? No. Came into my apartment without notice or permission the took my inventory because there were dishes and clutter and are evicting me. I got robbed do you think they care? Nope they don't.
Rental process was fairly easy. Communication was great and timely. Looking forward to renting with this company
I rented from Crestview for one year and had zero issues. They made the moving in process very easy. The one time I needed maintenance they came out the same day. When I moved out I left the place very clean and I was refunded 90% of my deposit back, minus a small carpet cleaning fee which I respect that they would have them cleaned for the next tenant.
