They need to stop promoting “equal housing opportunity”. Spent 2 weeks working with them just to be denied in the end. Waste of my freaking time. If I was gonna be denied over my credit being low why even bother trying to work with me for TWO WEEKS. They really made it seem like I was getting it by the way they had me waiting and having me verify extra information for no reason but I did it anyway. Do not rent from this company. We were told a yard was getting put in after winter and over a year later nothing but weeds. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Deposit will be used for some bullcrap excuse charges. Highly advise not to rent from them
Rental process was fairly easy. Communication was great and timely. Looking forward to renting with this company *EDITED* Company is not communicative. Takes a week to get a response. Listing for apartment shows ac unit will be included but surprise surprise that was a “mistake” (one that I had to catch) do not rent with this company as they do not respond timely, do not check their listing and do not care about you.
