I love living here. Crestview apartment is a very good everything is remodeled and the paint in the building is updated … Great area. Any issues Maintance comes quickly and their awesome. Yeliy and daisy are the best they care about their tenants and resolves any issues. The studio is a perfect size. Very quite and very centric close to the beach. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Great location, great staff. The only problem I've ever had living at Crestview was a leaky sink. I called Daisy Medina in the management office and she had someone over there in 30 min who fixed the problem.
Maintenance staff is excellent, when ever I submit a work order within 24 hours they are taking care of it depending on the urgency. One time my A/C broke down and they came on a weekend to take care of it (They offer maintenance emergency on non business hours). Property offers free monthly pest control, so if that resident that wrote that review has roaches it is because she refuses pest control or she is not clean. DO NOT RENT at this place. There are poop piles...EVERYWHERE and unfortunately it's not from residents, but it's from people in the buildings surrounding it that come to walk there dogs here just so they don't have to clean it up. Management simply states there is nothing they can do. Its very frustrating because I have a dog and have stepped in poop at night because I stepped in the grass trying to pick up my own dogs poop.
