Love it here! I’ve been here 5 years. I really love the location. Close to everything. Shopping plaza at walking distance. The manger Melissa is so sweet and has always came threw for me when I needed help or had any questions.
Terrible management and service I've been living here for a lil while. At first everything seemed great but then I started noticing little things like washer and dryers not working and when they do work the dryers don't dry my clothes all the way (always broken down ) people stealing clothes , club house closed down because of vandalism, pool is always dirty , management is not always around or aware of what's going on . And lastly unfair judgement on noise and VERY NOSEY NEIGHBORS . Not worth the money .
Convient... The Apartments are close to the Schools,and the Shopping center.......
worth living in this enviroment Benicia is the best place to raise you kids in the environment is clean and no unexpected people asking you for many .safe and very quiet. Hope I can go back to me this small city soon .
Beautiful park like setting! It is located near a big shopping center so you can’t get more convenient than that. And Melissa was quick to respond and always had an answer to my questions. Looks like a great place to live.
