On our third visit Dr. McGruder, without our approval gave our dog an injection! This was before any test results were received! Did not say what the shot was even after he was asked. Came back in and said dog could not stand and was drooling! His response was she’s awake and her heart is good! Within hours she was dead! Do Not take your pets here!
Dr P**** is simply the best. His care for the animals is evident and truly heart felt.

Dr. Pagan and Dr. Hart have been our vets for years. They really do treat your pet as if it was their own. I recently referred a friend as her dog needed dental care. The dog's teeth were so infected, they all had to be surgically removed. My friend was really impressed at how attentive they were to her and her dog. Dr. Pagan called her 3 times the day of surgery (one call in the evening after hours checking on the pup!!) That's how they roll -- total communication and professionalism. Love you guys!!!
They are a great vet clinic, I got in same day. My baby is ill and Dr.Pagan and his staff took awesome care of her. I will always know she will be in great hands.
Crestview Animal Hospital — so impressed! I called and left a message yesterday inquiring about our dog‘s monthly prescriptions for heart worm & flea/tick prevention. I usually call for a refill every two months. I learned via the recorded message that the hospital is closed until early May, but that messages would be checked periodically. The staff and vets are beyond amazing! Dr Pagan is not your typical vet. He is brilliant, caring and genuinely cares for every animal! We have been going to Crestview for over 17 years and have had nothing but the best care and service!
Dr. Pagan and staff are incredible. My husband and I love our pets completely - they are our children! We would trust no one else to our special little ones. :)
