RecommendedWhere to even start.. the amazing staff or the beautiful building and apartments. I am in my 3rd apartment here and couldn’t be happier. I have moved from a one bedroom to the largest available and they all three have been amazing. Cindy, the property manager is so professional and organized. Mac, the maintenance tech is quick to respond, helpful and so friendly. I needed a drill to hang somethings with and he was kind enough to lend it. I beyond recommend you to consider living here.
Very quiet apartments to live in. Any problems I have ever had Cindy is very fast to resolve them. Conveniently close to the University of Tennessee and downtown.
I've lived at Crestridge for 4 months and have no complaints. The location is very good, as it's close to many stores and not too far from downtown or West Knoxville. I have a one bedroom and it's plenty spacious for me and my one cat. The staff has always been incredible friendly and helpful. I love how quiet it is and how nice the units are. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an affordable yet nice place to live.
First class place to live, would recommend this place to any of my family or friends will confidence, love the mountain view :)
Management was very helpful in getting my apartment. Apartment was ready to move in on day one.
Great location - convenient to everything! Staff is caring and efficient, and the building is clean and maintained well. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
Staff is great, pool is great....my daughter loves it. Old building that needs some work, and rent is just a bit high for what it is, but overall....this is a great place in an amazing location
