I took car in for an oil change Todd took care of me and so did Craig and had no problems with both of them. Only issue was it took close to 2 hours to get a simple oil change and I was on time for my 7:45 AM appointment.
Not sure of the name of my service worker. He was honest and efficient.
My service manager Todd is professional, knowlegable and courteous. I did not have a long wait and the car was kept clean on the interior.

I dropped the car off Monday night since I was having surgery Tuesday. The work was done and friends picked up the car for me on Wednesday. The car was even washed and cleaned. Thank you.
Pleasant, easy, professional - complete satisfaction
I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change and tire balance with rotation. I was told there is a power windows recall on my car and it will get fix also. I was disappointed it took almost 3 hrs to complete all work.
My oil change, wheel balance and wiper replacement was taken care of beautifully. I love the fact that you drop me off at work while you're working on my car. It's very convenient!
