Customer did visit our location along with numerous others but unfortunately he is not satisfied with the answers/results he is receiving from all. Everything checks out on his car as it is supposed to be. To help this customer we went a step further and had a factory rep here to assist. Again, everything has been checked out and meets factory specs but the customer is not content with this finding.
Worst dealership and customer service I've ever experienced. I recently purchased a 2019 ***** CX-5 with ****** miles on it. Upon taking it for a test drive we heard some grinding noises with the brakes. I didn't think much of it at first since the petal felt fine and the noise went away after driving for a bit. We decided to get the car and on the way home we noticed it would shake when breaking at higher speeds. I immediately called the salesperson back and told her what was going on. This establishment has a sales employee named Richard Kacso who thinks it is acceptable to be a racist and transphobic and also likes to do Hitler salutes. They should really consider doing background checks on their employees for mental illness or at least try to weed out these types of toxic employees.
I worked with Terry C****** and it was a negative experience. I kept trying to tell him how I was feeling during the process and he kept saying, "It's fine." When I went to "Dealerrater", and gave a negative review-he responded by sending me a negative text criticizing and belittling my credit. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he insulted me. It shows how petty and unprofessional he is. I will never buy another car from there nor refer anyone there. He did not deserve my business nor anyone else's.
Today I had an appointment for a test drive. A salesman by the name of Rich Chandler made the appointment with me. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that he doesn’t work on Wednesdays. Another salesman called him and we were told that someone by the name of John would be helping me. John never showed up so I left. Talk about being disrespected. The only thing I can come up with is that they have so much business they’re able to just treat people this way.
BEWARE> Crestmont Hyundai SELLS your information to telelmarketers. This service department sucks to begin with, they damaged my vehicle dash replacing the radio. I had to have an oil leak fixed ( only 50,000 miles on the vehicle) and I started getting calls for extended warranties. They kept saying that I just had work done on the vehicle and Hyundai. garbage service department. My vehicle was having an issue with an engine light and i took it in well within my warranty guidelines. I was advised that the repair was being denied as the oil change was 6,000 miles since the last one. My owners manual clearly states that the oil is required to be changed every 12 months or 7,500 miles whichever comes first. It was only 6 months as well since my last one.
