Stay away from this dealership!!! The service department is rude! Stay away from them! They do add additional services just to charge money from the customers! Check BBB for complains! Write a complain to BBB if you get a problem with this dealership!

Excellent Service Dept. especially Julie I want to recognize Julie, who works in the Service Department. This young woman went out of her way to resolve our recent vehicle problem, and consistently demonstrates patience, professionalism and above all an outstanding work ethic that seems to be missing in society today. We have been long time customers of Crestmont Cadillac and purchased our STS from them largely because we are so very pleased with the Service Department.
