This is the WORST factoring company there is. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM!! They communication is HORRIBLE. They ONLY communicate via email. Like we hired you to factor for us, but we can't speak with you over the phone. Kristen is the WORST analyst to have, they are the ones contacting the broker for payment, needless to say I had invoices that was never paid on because she(Kristin) never contacted them(that's the short version). Communication is very difficult/poor.. when you do have issues they are very rude and over talk you or are simply rude. They seem to forget they are a customer service oriented business. When canceling contract the are petty and drag their feet on completing the buy out process. I wouldn't recommend this factoring company to my ex mother in law. One star is 1 to many...
A great factoring company to work with! Very easy and seamless experience with plenty of transparency. I would definitely recommend crestmark to any trucking company looking for a factoring company to work with!
