Terrible experience with them managing Ridgemont Apartments in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I haven't found anything this property management company does well. Maintenance request go un- responded to for months, the billing and payment is consistently wrong to a point I assume fraud or embezzlement from the onsite management, and administrative tasks and staffing are handled haphazardly causing ongoing choas. I guess there is no one to fire them. Or maybe the owners of their properties don't care. Beware of CrestMarc managed properties. It's an inconvenient headache and that's the up side.
If I could give no stars that would be my rating! I have probably left more than 10 voicemails with their office and only gotten one call back and that was only to be told lies! This company is a joke and runs bogus promotions to get you into their complex and never make good on them. I’m still waiting on a gift card that I should have got in July as part of a promotion their leasing agent begged me to change my move in date to get.
