Jim Gurnee of Crestline Realty is such an awesome person and a great 'landlord' to deal with. We enjoyed our two years at Bay Quarter Townhomes, overall. The Association changed some rules on us and we couldn't park my husband's work-van there any longer but other than that, we dealt with Crestline Realty and James Gurnee, and could not have been more pleased with their prompt response and solutions to our needs.
