Please Read...We were between selling a house and moving into new house. We had 4 dogs and CrestHill was willing to allow us to stay, so that was nice. After that, not good. All house keepers were friendly but, did not speak English. (so you cannot communicate with them.) We asked for towels, was told to go to front desk first. We asked for room cleaning, again you need to give them 24 hour notice to front desk. We did that and a housekeeper came to the door at 11:50 AM. We told her to wait a second to get the dogs out.
