They've been through four property managers in 4 months. My renter's insurance never lapsed. I sent a proof 4 months ago and every single month I have to call them to tell to stop charging me renters insurance fee. But the problem still has not been fixed. I had a great time moving in! I love my new home it was very clean and I had just got brand new carpets so it looked brand new and Karen was a great help showing my house in the beginning all the way until walking me down to my apartment with the keys on move in day she is super helpful if you have ever have questions and extremely nice!
Absolutely love my townhouse. I relocated from out of state and Darian made the process flawless, she provided a virtual tour, answered my many questions and provided exceptional customer service, friendly, professional and kind. Mike, the maintenance for the property is very efficient and knowledgeable providing great customer service as well. They both go above and beyond to make this community a great place to live.
