I toured Shriver with my boyfriend. Kim B. Met us and did the tour. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend ended up applying and moved in, he loves it so far!
I recently rented an apartment in Shriver Square! Kim and Jen both went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always responded the very same day to any questions I had! I love my new loft with Cresten!
I called to get more information about a few of their properties. Once it became clear that I wasn’t immediately booking a tour or applying, the representative abruptly ended the call. My questions were left unanswered, and the experience completely turned me away from considering any of their properties in the future.
Kim B was the best she showed us apts in Shriver sq, was very accommodating and had great knowledge of other properties.
Kim B showed us lofts at Shriners square today. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the building and of the lofts. She was very helpful finding other Cresten properties that also may fit our needs. LeAnn Parsons
