Cresten Property Management is honestly the worst company I’ve ever rented from. I signed a 16-month lease at The Brixx Villas but left after only 8 months because it was so bad. When I moved into my “brand new” unit, there were over 10+ maintenance issues right away, and most were looked over or never fixed. I toured Shriver with my boyfriend. Kim B. Met us and did the tour. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend ended up applying and moved in, he loves it so far!
