I booked an emergency filling and arrived at my scheduled time, only to be told the dentist wasn’t available and they couldn’t do the procedure. They called me just a few minutes before I arrived to say that because I hadn’t come in about half an hour early, they might not be able to do it — but what is the point of having an appointment time if it isn’t respected? This was frustrating, wasted my time, and left my issue unresolved. Better communication and proper scheduling are definitely needed.

She explained each step clearly, offered helpful tips for maintaining oral health, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
