The maintenance team here is truly excellent. They are responsive, professional, and consistently helpful. Lionel in particular has gone above and beyond for us more than once. Lionel and the maintenance staff here are friendly, responsive, professional, and very helpful. Probably the only apartment I’ve ever renewed a lease with. I, admittedly, was a bit grumpy over the devices they require in unit, but they’ve won me over. They are pet friendly. For the most part, if they can fix a problem, like the fire alarm problems, they will fix it.
