Karen the ******** **** ******* will not enforce the lease policies but rather choses to ignore it and tell you that you're the only person that has ever complained. I had a unit for eight years and within the first few month's Karen has sunken the quality of living in about two years. Now, it's full of rent voucher tenants that don't work, broken security gates and gym equipment that stays broken. The maintenance guys are good folks... read more
