They gave an hour notice on the water being shut off early in the morning, it’s currently the next day now…almost 1am AND STILL NO RUNNING WATER!!!!!! The disrespect is crazy!!!!! This is not even the first time this happened. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Don’t walk, RUN!
This place is the WORST!!! The water was shut off for an entire day with barely any consideration for residents. The elevators are constantly nasty, and my apartment ceiling is literally falling apart. The building is poorly maintained and definitely not worth the money. Don’t even bother — look somewhere else!
The Crest on Peachtree IS formally The Solace. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️BUYER BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️ Before you consider moving here, there are extra unmentionable fees to consider. They charge an EXTEA $161.88 per month for water and electricity, and $125 for parking fee. Parking does not have security cameras or a secure entry process.
