I had a very disappointing experience with crest. Communication was poor from the beginning, and I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. The work took longer than expected, and the issue I originally called about did not seem to be fully resolved. Overall, I felt the service did not meet the level of professionalism or quality I expected. I would recommend getting other estimates and doing your research before choosing this company.

I don't know much about this place's work efficiency, except for my black friend who told me they were the only black person working there. You know, until the time for layoffs came, and they were the first to be laid off. I would sue the heck outta this racist company (now probably all white again) but whatever. Take this as you will.
