Wow!!! I cannot say enough about Nancy Messinger. What a rockstar! So many times people only do what they have to do to get by and then you have someone like Ms Messinger comes along someone that goes above and beyond and we simply cannot let excellence go unnoticed! Like other reviews, I would like to give them zero stars, but that is not an option. Marilyn Banora, who manages our community is very unprofessional. She never responds to emails, so you don't know if the issue written about is even being considered or ignored. If you follow up with a second email a week later, you still don't get any reply. I sent her a video over a week ago showing her how filthy the tiles were in our community pool. Never got a reply and no cleaning was done. I actually saw her in person this morning and... read more
