I had two occasions to talk with Crest HOA since I moved here a couple of years ago. One was for missing shrubbery in front of the home to cover foundation and the other one was for an application for a new roof. Both times I had the privilege of speaking with Anum L. They wrongly violated me and charged my account a 100 on my HOA account for my neighbors address violation , that was not the issue, the problem is i have been trying to contact the person in charge Beverly for over a week via email and phone , she is just not responding , she is carless and very un professional , the company as well. be aware from the Beverly person as she dont care very quick to charge and issue violations and dead beat when its time to do her job and fix the mistake violation reference ,acct number 40500... read more
We just moved to champion Oaks. Kay is HOA representative I have contact on my first day. She is always very helpful. As soon I ask her anything to help, she got it done right away. She is just amazing and professional.
