Came in for a hesitation between shifting, transmission guy test drove it and said it was transmission, so i left the vehicle. They put a new transmission in after a week of waiting, i drove it and the problem with the hesitation or stuttering was still there, then they said drive it for 1000 miles, i said no way, problem is not transmission, and i went back and fourth for 2 days spoke with manager and they finally agreed to check the car again and turns out it was the transfer case, it took a while to get the problem proper... read more

Cane in for a hesitation between shifting, they said it was transmission, put a new transmission it did not solve the problem, then they said drive it for 1000 miles, i said no way problem is not transmission, finally the agree to check the car again and turns out it is the transfer case, but by the time they figure this out im down 2 weeks out of work because i do livery, 1 week for transfer case to come in then one day to put it in, car is fixed but 3 weeks out fo work so no i am not satisfied.
They really seemed to care
