STAY AWAY!!! A few days ago, the technician - Carlos Pintado, came to my office building to complete the monthly service. He proudly put on his report that he tested the closed loop. For a few days now, my tenants have been complaining and today much more... When I went to the roof with an HVAC professional, I noticed the valves were in the shutoff position and the water tower was empty.
