Poor service – The manager we dealt with there is clearly a seasoned, top notch sales guy, as he knows how to lay the pressure on thick. With little room to negotiate price, if you do buy a car from them, be prepared to pull out your debating and negotiating skills for a fair deal. Great Customer Service – The customer service was great, very helpful. I bought my 2 teenagers their first cars from Crest, and I received great service both buying each car(3 months a part), and when having my oil change. This is not an old school dealership with high pressure sales, it was a wonderful buying experience. Oh, after you are done buying the car, drive down to the Farmers Market to have lunch, a very nice Market.
Find another Honda dealer – I found a number of online "customer" reviews (including at least one here) that were obviously written by Crest Honda staff. The reality doesn't match the over-the-top praise these reviews spew out. I tried to buy a car for my wife from Crest this past weekend, but Crest made that impossible. Everyone we talked to was a new employee - the "senior" guy had only been there six months. exemplary customer service – Not only did they give me more than my car was worth on my trade, and do everything possible to earn my business, they went above and beyond my expectations when an unexpected situation arose. My mother passed away the day after I bought the car and I was to pick up my new honda the following day. Crest was so concerned for my wellbeing that they gave me a loaner car with no questions asked to get home in to handle arrangements. Beware – I thought it fitting to let anyone who reads these Reviews to know that the previous review by Mr. Jaco is misleading. He is the service manager at Crest Honda. They are very deceptive and misleading in all of their buisness dealings. It is no doubt that he has recieved good deals and service as he manages the service department. Deceptive unsolicited mail advertising – I received an unsolicited USPS mail advertisement, which had as its return address: "SR-14 (Rev 9/06) Processing Distribution Services 2102 Nelson Miller Parkway Louisville, KY 40223 OFFICIAL BUSINESS - Do NOT DISCARD YOUR DOCUMENT IS ENCLOSED - OPEN IMMEDIATELY!" Note that there is NO reference to Crest Honda. On the contrary, the intent of the envelope wording appears to be to deceive the recipient into thinking it might contain something of importance...CERTAINLY not an advertiseme... read more
