Phyllis was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. It's never fun to have a last minute move in NYC but Phyllis helped make better what was an overall stressful experience. I truly appreciated her help! Would recommend.

I called to get information about one of their listing, it was 300$ more expensive that the same listing with a different agency, and his answer was "ahah, well call the other agent you're wrong". I don't believe this is how you do business, especially with an agent trying to rent way more pricey the rent for an apartment. First contact, last contact thank you! My experience has been amazing. Phyllis listened to what I wanted and came through. I was looking for a space without commitment and I told her what I wanted and she talked about a space that I might like. I did! I signed and I’m moving next month. She was honest the whole time and very patient.

John rented me my first apartment. He was professional and kind. He is a hard working, dedicated individual who really cares about his clients. He even was able to get the landlord to pay to paint half the apartment. Very highly recommended.

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Phyllis refused to return our deposit after making no attempt to work out a deal with the landlord, who gave us contract terms that were impossible for us to accept. She then tried to pocket the money and blamed us for not giving her correct information, even though we have records to prove that we gave her everything she needed.
