I've made the worst decision of my life! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FINANCED THROUGH CREST FINANCIAL. Not only is their Customer Service the worst, no one talks English and when you request a Supervisor they're either away or there is no way of talking to a Supervisor. I made the mistake of calling once to make a payment with another card and they took it upon themselves to take out not only 1 payment but 3 payments out at once from a card I never authorized for them to use. Please, look at all the complaints. I agree, sent a letter to each of the corporate executives, faxed BBB, UT, sent a message to them directly, spoke to them directly. Someone needs to do something about this company! They are scam artist.

I bought a set of furniture to meridian home furnishing and crest are the one for the financing. I mention to the store that I would like to pay everything in 90 days so I don't need to pay interest. Come to think the money that has been taking out is not amounting to pay everything in 90 days, I called crest telling them that they should have been taking out the money equivalent to pay off everything in 90 days and now I owe 864.20 and I got only a day to pay off or else I would pay a lease of 2000 on top of 864.20 which I ... read more
