Professional, punctual & in constant communication
I ordered a Blue Pneumatic Riv Nut tool at the beginning of May from Lowe's as well as an extra mandrel for 3/8-16 hardware. The first unit I received was defective - couldn't even spin. I took back the unit to Lowe's and ordered another. They honored the warranty, no problem. The second unit showed up and could spin, but not with enough force to compress a riv nut, even without material.
