we recently purchased new Honda Odyssey and paperwork took a very long time and also car wasn't ready till paperwork was done. we had to spend 3 hours next day too to get car cleaned and ready. they had promised us all weather Matts to be sent in 2 days which didn't send out till 2 weeks and had to call multiple times to get it shipped. we had to spend too much of time and energy to get things done

I never thought of getting a car when I get there, but with the great customer service that I had with them, that made me purchase a brand new car. Thanks to Marcus for the awesome job! Not to mention that this is the first car that I bought. What a memorable amazing experience that I had with them before ending the year of 2019.
Mr. Robert Sharp and service team are so awesome at what they do I have a 2005 Honda Civic it needed a whole lot of work head gaskets timing chain and brackets bars everything they treated me like I had bought it from them just got it from them and they were just doing a check up on it mr. Last night I stopped in around 5 with plans to get myself my first ever new car and I couldn’t have picked a better place then Crest. The service was kind and quick with excellent accommodation by Fady and the rest of the team there. I felt I was listened too and was getting exactly what I wanted for my money, no feelings of buyers regret here! I absolutely love my new Honda and 100% recommend this place to any and all looking to get themselves a new vehicle. Thanks again!
