RecommendedI showed up right as they opened with no appointment. They were able to get me in and give me a shuttle ride to work so that I didn’t have to take vacation time due to car troubles. Within a few hours I got a call that all updates had been made and the friendly shuttle driver came back to get me during my lunch break. Super helpful and timely. I would recommend Creat Honda.
RecommendedI had an absolutely amazing experience with crest Honda! PJ and Michael were kind, informative, and to the point! My precious cars transmission blew up over the weekend and with having a commute from Clarksville to Nashville, having a reliable car is imperative! I would highly recommend this location. My 2017 Honda Civic is so nice! 10/10!!!!

Incredibly disappointed with the quote and service I received today. They quoted almost $1200 for work on my exhaust system, took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and they fixed my issue for $104! I paid more for Honda’s consultation than I did to fix the issue. It will be hard for me to trust their recommendations moving forward.
RecommendedOnce again excellent service. Service was very fast and the staff was very friendly.
They are not honest and do not deliver what promised. Trying to reach out to customer services yields “thanks for letting us know and have a nice day.” We will not be back.
