I’ve been going to Frank at Crest Cleaners for years and genuinely thought he was an honest local business owner. Unfortunately, that trust was completely broken after a recent experience that I feel obligated to share. In November, I gave Frank my business credit card for a large dry cleaning order. He saved it on file, but I later found out I had been double-charged for that order and that he continued to charge my card without permission. Frank and Marta are the sweetest!! They really came through for us when we needed something last minute!! We appreciate their kindness and will definitely be returning!!!
I love this cleaners! Fast and reliable. Frank the owner is a great guy, I told him how a different cleaners did a terrible job on a stain and he said bring the suit jacket to me. Not only did he remove the stain, but he did it free of charge! He also did a great job on some alterations for me! Five stars!
Frank is a crook. I'm 79 years old with stage 4 lung cancer and he charged me over $1000 this year alone for dry cleaning he never did. I have not sent him anything this year yet he kept charging me. He needs a lot of prayers. Be warned.
A serious warning to everyone: Stay away from this dry cleaning store! Not only are their prices ridiculously high, but the owner is also a terrible person. I haven’t used their services in years, yet today, the owner fraudulently charged my credit card twice for over $700. This is absolutely disgusting. Please avoid this dry cleaning store at all costs!
