Sad to say after 4 years of patronage, I will no longer be entrusting Crest Cleaners with my clothes. I brought 5 pieces to be dry cleaned to only receive 4 of them back. I know it’s partially on me for not double checking my items, but what was upsetting was their lack of an attempt to try and help me find the missing item when I stopped by. My wife and I moved out a week or two ago, and we had a lot of clothes to clean and have folded. Frank did an amazing job at keeping us informed of the price and timeframe. He stayed in communication with us the whole time and the clothes were so neat and clean! I'd recommend Crest Cleaners to anyone seeking a positive and thorough dry cleaning service.
I needed my wedding dress cleaned after my outdoor wedding. The train was stained with dirt. I hadn't been able to get it cleaned for a year. Crestline cleaners made it look sparkling new! It took them an extra day than expected so I'm glad I called ahead before driving over to pick it up. But I am very happy with the results. The team there is very kind and the price was reasonable.
Crest cleaners is the bomb! They are so thoughtful and sweet. Every time I come in they offer me water and always check the clothes to make sure everything has been cleaned properly and if they provided repairs, they double check to make sure all looks good before I provide my payment! I am a fan and this is my go to spot for all of my dry cleaning and repair needs for my clothes!
If I could give 100 stars to Frank and his shop, we would. We traveled from out of state for our wedding, and I had 2 dresses that needed to be pressed, and my fiancé had light color suits that showed every wrinkle from packing. Frank was so responsive and accommodating and we made a plan to hand off the items before we even landed in California!
