I made the mistake of leaving a garment for a very simple hem without checking price first and was charged $36! Check price before leaving anything here unless you are ok with being overcharged.
I’ve been going to Frank at Crest Cleaners for years and genuinely thought he was an honest local business owner. Unfortunately, that trust was completely broken after a recent experience that I feel obligated to share. In November, I gave Frank my business credit card for a large dry cleaning order. He saved it on file, but I later found out I had been double-charged for that order and that he continued to charge my card without permission. I love this cleaners! Fast and reliable. Frank the owner is a great guy, I told him how a different cleaners did a terrible job on a stain and he said bring the suit jacket to me. Not only did he remove the stain, but he did it free of charge! He also did a great job on some alterations for me! Five stars!
