Lived here for 2 years and it was an exhausting experience. If you want peace of mind and to have an experience even remotely close to what you are paying for, I would encourage you to look somewhere else. Parking is a nightmare. Noise complaints are a waste of time because no one responds to them. I had a roof leak that was "fixed" and when it happened again, no one came to take a look at it or follow up with me for at least 2 months. RecommendedI have lived here 3 years and I love my apartment layout. My only complaints are The parking here is really bad( but seems to be improving slightly with some of the recent changes), I am not a fan of the direct TV being the only provider you can use for cable, and the neighbor above me either has a pet elephant or likes to drop weights on the ground at all hours of the night.
We were skeptical at first when choosing Crest at Park Central, some of the parking and mail/package reviews are scary! Yall we have moved 9 times around the country for college/jobs/internships; this is the best apartment we have ever lived at! The parking has been taken care of, always spaces available and being an avid online shopper, I have never had an issue with packages. Cannot stress how great management and property cleanliness/facilities are! Absolutely love living here!

horrible apt ever. if u don't have car, if you are okay with crimes, if you like noise, rent here.
Kimberly and her staff are excellent! I have been given superior customer service with every request I have asked and the staff always treats you with a positive attitude. They truly treat you like valued customers here and want you to live in the complex for a while. They respond to requests in a timely manner and fix issues very promptly. If you are in the market for a new place, please consider Crest at Park Central for your next living opportunity. You definitely will not be disappointed.
