Only move here if you are looking to get kept awake by loud kids at the pool every weekend night and management/“security” doing nothing about it other than asking you to record videos and report it. I thought I paid for security but when I call them am just told to call non emergency Dallas PD. Wishing I never renewed my lease.
i was a resident in the apt 1449 lived at windsor west lemmon for almost 3 years all good maintanance is faster julie browning at the office amazing and always helpful
The maintenance team is great here. I’ve had a few random issues and every time they come asap.
I absolutely LOVE it here! The property is well maintained, the pool is awesome, and the other amenities are great, but the icing on the cake is Jules in the office. She is an absolute DOLL! She has an answer to every question and a solution to every problem. I was having an issue with logging into the portal and she helped me figure it out without making me feel like an idiot.
I moved here with a newborn. Very safe, very clean, maintenance responds very quickly, Julie in the front office is the best. I have had zero issues. Lived here for 15 months & now currently renewing my lease!
