Crest Air is preferred by our Construction Company over all the rest for HVAC service. Amazing professionalism of workers, quality of work and punctuality. Office Staff Melinda is also amazing. Would recommend.
The Tech, Casey was extremely knowledgeable, He communicated in a mater I could understand. He made time to ensure I was happy and understood what had happened and how he fixed it. The call was less expensive than I have payed other companies. I signed up for their Maintenance program.
always a pleasure! but Randy, my technician was really a special treat. He was knowledgeable and informative and had a great personality. Turns out he discovered some potential preventative maintenance that he advised I plan on completing, but did so in such a way that I felt no pressure and ended up deciding that there was no time like the present. He arranged to return the very next day to finish the job and make the corrections.
Using Crest Air has been the best choice we have made in a long time. We had another AC company prior that was awful on so many levels and we are beyond grateful to have found this company. They are reliable and know what they are doing. If you are on the fence, jump to the side of using Crest Air!!!
