My AC broke down in very high heat this week and Crest sent a tech asap, which was just next day despite their full schedule. Casey arrived and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He worked diligently, explaining it to me as he worked. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism and can highly recommend Crest Air based on my experience.
The two technicians who were here today were absolutely incredible. They arrived around 9 a.m. and worked diligently throughout the day tracing and diagnosing a very challenging issue with the master bedroom system. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, and determined to find the root cause rather than simply applying a temporary fix.
