Crest's prices are the best I've seen and Anthony called before he came, arrived on time, thoroughly checked everything I know of and more, explained my system, and went above and beyond without adding charges for the extra answers and help he gave me. My old firm avoided checking my system for over a month, making an appointment only after they'd let my labor warranty run out. They recommended a plumber who lied to me. If I could, I would give Adam and Crest Air 10 stars. After a 16 month nightmare with another company, I was referred to Crest Air. Adam came to the house, looked over the duct work, found every issue, and promptly set up a date to have everything fixed. The work was INCREDIBLE. Called for a service, was told they are not sure if they can fix it and will charge over 100 dollars for a service fee for a service they aren't even sure if they can provide. Very disappointed couldn't even transfer me to someone so I can explain the situation with our AC unit to gage me in the right direction.
