The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is very nice, however, the common area hallways and stair walls and, especially, floors are very dirty and unkept. Entrance to the building has constant smell of urine (probably dogs who just urinate in the halls or near entrance. Also trash dumpsters always seem to be full resulting in residents just throwing their trash on the ground in the dumpster enclosure. With only 2 dumpsters probably need to be emptied more than twice per week. Overall other residents are not very ... read more
I rented... (Verified Renter) I rented the first place I saw and I think there may be cheaper places. There has been a lot of problems/malfunction with the entry gate. Mostly it is open which defeats the purpose of a gated community
If I was... (Verified Renter) If I was to recommend someone I would say the apartments themselves are great but the property is not maintained. It will probably be the reason we move out.
