Fireplace gets super hot, almost impossible to use. Everything you put on fireplace mantle will melt, and you cannot touch the mantle. Your hands will burn. Cressy Door manager utmost rude refuse to help regardless many attempts request made kindly. 2. The installed outside glass and inside reflective glass is filled with machine oil marks.
