I wish I could give them a Zero! Bought and built a home at their location in Myrtle Beach in 2019. Nothing but problems with the build, but they where at the end of the development and looking to get out asap. To many problems to mention, but latest was moisture coming through foundation and damaging the wood floors. After 9 months they decide to rip out all the floors and replace them. Yes it is a lovely place and there are nice people that live here. Unfortunately it has become a place that is not safe. They have recently constructed A giant apartment complex as well as Parkers 24 7 Gas station and convenient store directly in front, almost connecting to the neighborhood. Last night there was a Terrifying shoot out with dozens of gunshots and that’s not the first time.
