As one of the first residents of Cresswind Charlotte, our experience was horrible at best. The fit-&-finish of the home was the worse we ever saw (we've owned 6 homes, all new construction). We had a salesman named Ken that would not even show us any models unless we took our realtor, that suggested we look here (we wanted to have a nice morning and visit the models to buy as a secondary residence) unless we removed our realtors name from the paperwork. Literally WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO TOUR HOMES.... Bizarre, unprofessional and desperate for a few bucks in a commission. Sad...

Poorly built houses! Loud music and traffic all the time! Only one way in and out for over 2000 houses! Neighbor pulled a gun on a family!

We signed papers in early September 2021 and told build would start in December then it was January. Here it is almost end of April 2022 and nothing is happening. When I called in March I was told it was the counties fault so I called county and they blamed the builder. If were lucky maybe it will be done by September ,a full year. With interest rates going up its now costing us more ,we had a buyer for our house but that fell through because they could'nt wait. Before you buy a house in PGA Verano don't fall into the trap of promises and lies that the managers feed you at the two month and 11 month inspection The horrible paint job inside house and glue stains on floor after construction.I was told my house was already old at the 11th month inspection I'm a disabled veteran and was dealing with my father's passing at the time and was trying to be nice but they don't care after they get your money

These people are the worst to deal with EVER. We have been here for 4 months and they cant get anything correct. The paint is a mess, the trim work is a mess. They took our money and certainly didn't give us a home like the model that they represented as their work. I am so disgusted I am ready to picket the sales offices. I give them NO STARS

If you deal with this group you better be prepared to" lawyer up" since they rely on their cadre of local - on retainer- lawyers to settle their Customer Service problems. MJK

The run around kings. Huge issue with many hones in Alton with the ventilation system. The dryer fills up with humidity and won’t dry cloths obviously if the humidity created by the heat can’t leave the building. Wet spots now on the ceiling in the kitchen/living room. Their professional answer (it’s humidity) wtf. It’s Florida it’s humid, now they refuse to do anything for us, we have a hole in the ceiling to let the water drip down and “try” to avoid bigger issues like mold.
