Staff have failed to complete ground keepings tasks. Despite tenant informing them it has not been done for over a month. The task in question is an on grounds Homestead supplied garbage. It has been overflowing for 4 weeks aka almost 30 days. It should be changed bi-weekly as it is a continuously used garbage.
