TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Just be aware with the old lady superintendent that is anwering the phone in that building. I’ve been trying to make an appointment online, calling and never got any answer from the building. I went this morning to figure it out and when i call the superintendent she didn’t pay any interest on me and her answer was "you need to make an appointment byee" she was so rude and the way she speaks is so arrogant. Poor Management with bad attitudes.... Tired of being accused with exaggerated stories.... Enjoyed living here at the beginning. At this point , it is very uncomfortable...I guess they don't know the stress of paying high rent and taking care of a family because they live at a discounted price adding more stress to people lives with exaggerated stories about our cat litter scenting up other apartments and hallways. Constant cigarette smell, plus weed at times, seeps into our unit through gaps and drafts in the flooring, pipes & vents; also directly from the balcony. Complaints to the building supervisor don't work because they are the smokers. This is a smoke-free building but that doesn't apply to the building super, Jason.
My wife and I have lived at Creswell Court apartments for six months. It has been a positive experience. Our two bedroom apartment is large and has the added bonus of a large storage room in the unit. This is an older building and has concrete interior walls, so it is quiet. Always plenty of hot water, and the heat is fine. Jason and Scott, the on-site managers, keep the public areas clean and have been helpful when we need anything. All in all, very pleased that we chose this building and this management company.
