Staff have failed to complete ground keepings tasks. Despite tenant informing them it has not been done for over a month. The task in question is an on grounds Homestead supplied garbage. It has been overflowing for 4 weeks aka almost 30 days. It should be changed bi-weekly as it is a continuously used garbage. The building manager fails to respond to tenant in regards to accurate rent amounts due after inaccurate n4 is issued due to getting hung up on the detail that is they cannot reissue the inaccurate N4 to be accurate d... read more
It’s a clean and quiet building and superintendents are very responsive to requests. There is occasional smoking smell that seeps into units and it’s impossible to open windows due to people smoking on their balconies. Personally never had any bugs in the appartment.
Inconsiderate tenants. Nothing gets done about it. Used to be really nice but not anymore. 🪳 🪳 🪳.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Just be aware with the old lady superintendent that is anwering the phone in that building. I’ve been trying to make an appointment online, calling and never got any answer from the building. I went this morning to figure it out and when i call the superintendent she didn’t pay any interest on me and her answer was "you need to make an appointment byee" she was so rude and the way she speaks is so arrogant. Definitely people like her doesn’t even deserve to be in that position because they do their job ... read more
