What do I like about Cress Spring Bakery? Well, only everything I have tried so far. At a minimum, we always have Cress Spring granola in the pantry and I usually get two breakfast bars at the market every Saturday. One bar is for me and one is to share. I eat the one for me in the car on the way home, and I eat the one to share once I get home. The bread is nothing short of artistic.
