Best bakes I have even met. Sourdough, organic, locally sourced and dangerously addictive. The cranberry walnut bread is my top pick, but can't pass up the granola, cookies, cinn-raisin brioche, cheddar chive scones, croissants, lemon coconut ginger muffins... buy it all!!! Seriously!
The dark chocolate sea salt cookies (hope it’s the right name) are “to die for!” OMG! 1 cookie was quite satisfying & pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t super sweet. Just right! The potato roll w/ it’s pieces of real potatoes are filling & delicious. So glad we took the time to stop in. Cannot wait to for the Madison’s Farmers Market (at the Capital)! 1/2 dozen of those cookies weren’t enough.

Bread and triple ginger cookies!
The granola was wonderful, but I am disappointed. Went out to the bakery yesterday around 6pm because a staff person told us to come out later to get different products we were looking for, but found the bakery closed. I did notice the hours are only posted to 4pm but after 3 staff passed us leaving on the 1 lane dirt road you think someone might have flagged us for down to say they were close. Pizza on 14: Really mediocre pizza (mine was overdone) in an unkempt backyard. They need to clean up the place. Nice people though.
Great pizza! Tried to order ahead at 2:00 but they were already full for preorders. Had to walk a mile from the overflow parking carrying chairs and picnic basket. Ordered at window for the pizza but had to wait 2 and half hours til it was ready. Band was very good. Pizza almost worth the wait.
